YOUR FINANCES is strictly a manual-entry and user-uploaded file analytical tool. The Service does not integrate via real-time banking APIs (such as Plaid, Lean Technologies, open banking protocols) with any financial institution or banking system.

All transaction logs, expense entries, account allocations, and split transaction data are entered voluntarily by you or derived from document files (e.g., CSV, PDF statement sheets) that you proactively choose to upload.
We do not extract credentials, access lines of credit, or initiate financial transactions.

We collect data necessary to provide, manage, and continuously optimize the budget categorization and split-billing intelligence features of the Service.

Account Identity Data: Name, email address, password, profile settings, and registration preferences managed via Firebase Authentication.

Third-Party Processing Partner: We utilize Google Cloud AI Studio / Gemini API infrastructure to run contextual text classification models on user transaction strings and uploaded financial statement documents.
The Paid Tier Privacy Guarantee: ME Vantage FZC LLC utilizes the Paid Enterprise Service Tier of Google AI Studio. Under this configuration, your financial data, statement content, parsed vendor logs, and prompt boundaries are completely isolated. Google does not view, annotate, share, or store your inputs to train public machine learning models.
Backend Data Hygiene (PII Cleansing): Before transaction blocks are systematically forwarded via API to our AI processing nodes, our backend Firebase Cloud Functions act as an anonymizing proxy layer. We automatically strip or isolate personally identifiable strings (such as full legal names, credit card numbers, and physical home addresses) so that only numerical values, structural timestamps, and merchant descriptions are sent to the model.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosures

We never sell, lease, monetize, or trade your personal or financial data to data brokers, advertisers, or unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared strictly with essential technical service providers who support app execution:

We retain your financial records only for as long as your account profile remains actively provisioned by you.

When a user selects "Delete Account", a transactional execution loop is triggered across our backend infrastructure. Your user instance is dropped from Firebase Authentication, all linked Firestore database entries are fully deleted, and structural source statement files are expunged from Firebase Storage buckets. Residual cache layers on Cloudflare are automatically flushed.

7. Security Architecture

We secure data through strict cloud multi-tenancy configurations. Firebase FireStore security structures ensure no user can query, read, or alter transaction arrays belonging to another user ID. All network transfers are strictly locked to HTTPS configurations certified by Cloudflare edge controls.
