These Terms of Engagement & Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "user"), and ME Vantage FZC LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Free Zone Establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates, concerning your access to and use of the YOUR FINANCES software application, mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, web application (app.yourfinances.me), and website (yourfinances.me) (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or creating an account within the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

YOUR FINANCES is an analytical, information-only personal productivity utility designed to categorize voluntarily inputted items and extract formatting trends from uploaded files (CSV/PDF statement sheets).

No Financial Integration: The Service does not maintain automated account information scraping services, open banking API pipes, or real-time banking integrations.
No Regulated Financial Activity: ME Vantage FZC LLC is not a bank, investment advisor, broker-dealer, asset manager, or certified financial institution. The Service does not hold deposits, manage client portfolios, initiate financial transactions, transfer currency, or execute bill payments.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Account Management

To preserve the security of our platform infrastructure (Firebase + Cloudflare), you agree to the following terms:

Account Security: You must safeguard your Firebase Authentication profile credentials. You assume total operational liability for any data operations or platform access tied directly to your verified User ID.
Prohibited Document Formats: When using document parsing tools, you must upload only authentic, non-malicious CSV or PDF files structured from your personal ledgers. You are strictly prohibited from uploading files designed to induce script injection attacks, system logic exploitation, or denial-of-service states on our Firebase backend.

4. Subscription Tiers, Billing, and Account Transitions

The Service offers free access tiers with restricted analytical frequency alongside recurring paid subscription tiers.

App Store Processing: Subscription parameters purchased via mobile deployment wrappers are handled entirely via Apple App Store Connect Billing or Google Play Billing systems. These actions are governed comprehensively by the respective platform terms.
Web Store Processing: Premium tiers initiated via the desktop portal are processed through our designated, encrypted payment merchant processing gateways.

5. Definitive Data Deletion Policy

Clicking "Delete Account" inside your account setting panel fires a transactional cloud logic routine across our Firebase deployment architecture.
This operation irrevocably sweeps your Firebase Authentication user records, Firestore data nodes, and matching file objects in Firebase Storage. You acknowledge that once this execution cycle finishes, your historical data structures cannot be recovered.

6. Intellectual Property

The application codebase, database schemas, Vantage Slim metrics, "Soft Obsidian" design components, brand trademarks, logos, and user interface systems are the exclusive intellectual property of ME Vantage FZC LLC. You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non-transferable license to access the application for personal tracking use only.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and your relationship with ME Vantage FZC LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the respective registering Free Zone. Any formal legal disputes arising from these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
